CrossFit: 4 rounds for time of 500 meter row, 20 wallballs and 15 pullups. Men 20lbs, Women 16lbs.  

Elements: 4 rounds for time of 200 meter run, 20 wallballs, and 10 pullup progressions.

CrossFit Kids: 

Super Frogs: Same as level -1, 12lbs

Leap Frogs: Same as Level -1, 6lbs.

Tree Frogs: 200 meter runs, soccer balls

Tadpoles: stairs and soccer balls.
