       Level – 1:Men 20lbs, Women 16lbs

        Elements:  Men 16lbs, Women 12lbs.

CrossFit Kids: Three rounds, OH Med Ball Squats, Push-Ups, Knees to Elbows, Rowing.

        Super Frogs: 35 of each, 1000 row

        Leap Frogs: 25 of each, 500 row.

        Tree Frogs:  15 of each, 250 row.

        Tadpoles: 10 of each, 100 row.
