    Level -1: 65-75% of your max lifts.

    Elements: Men BS 135#, SP 65#, DL 185#, Women BS 65#, SP 35#, DL 95#.

CrossFit Kids: 5 sets of 5 reps, Deadlifts and Push Presses.

    Super Frogs: Boys 135# and 45#, Girls 95# and 25#.

    Leap Frogs: 65# and 25#.

    Tree Frogs: 30# KB's and 5# DB's.

    Tadpoles: 15# KB's, and 3# DB's.
