  • Elements: 30lbs.

CrossFit Kids: "Baby Helen"

  • Super Frogs: 400 run or 500 row, 20lbs.
  • Leap Frogs: 400 run or 500 row, 15lbs.
  • Tree Frogs: 2-stairs, 10lbs.
  • Tadpoles: 1-stair, 5lbs.
