CrossFit Kids: "Tadpole" – 12 deadlifts, 9 hang cleans, 6 front squats, 3 push-press.
Super Frogs: Four rounds, Boys 65lbs, Girls 45lbs.
Leap Frogs: Four rounds, 35lbs.
Tree Frogs: Three rounds, 15lbs.
Tadpoles: 3 sets of 5 reps for each exercise, 6lb med balls.
