  • Level – 1: Four rounds with 50 squats for time.
  • Elements: Four rounds with 25 squats.
  • Super Frogs: Same as level – 1.
  • Leap Frogs: Same as Elements.

CrossFit Kids: Bear Crawls and Handstand pushups.

  • Tree Frogs: As many rounds as possible in 15:00 minutes, 50 feet and 15.
  • Tadpoles: As many in 10:00, 25 feet and 5.
