CrossFit: Long Row and Skills with K-bells.

  • Level -1: 5000 meters for time.
  • Elements: 2500 for time.
  • Super Frogs: 5000 meters for time.
  • Leap Frogs: 2500 meters for time.

CrossFit Kids: Bunny hops, tumbles, cartwheels, broad jumps.

  • Tree Frogs: 30 each.
  • Tadpoles: 15 each.

Taylor is our newest Leap Frog. Welcome to CrossFit Bellevue Taylor. Taylor and her brother Grant did half of GI Jane in under 4:00 minutes the other day. A few more workouts and she will be moving up to the Super Frog division and start giving Jessica some long awaited competition.
