CrossFit: Run, clean and ring.

·         Level -1: 3 sets for time of – 400 meter run, 21-15-9 of cleans and ring dips. Men 135lbs, Women 95lbs.

·         Elements: 3 sets of 400 meter run, 21-15-9 of cleans and pushups. Men 95lbs, Ladies 65lbs.

CrossFit Kids:

·         Super Frogs: 3 sets for time of 400 meter run, 21-15-9 of cleans and ring dips. Boys 95lbs, Girls 65lbs.

·         Leap Frogs: 3 sets of 400 meter run, 21-15-9 of cleans and pushups. Boys 45lbs, Girls 35lbs.

·         Tree Frogs: 3 sets of stairs, 15-12-9 of cleans and pushups. 6lb med ball.

·         Tadpoles: 3 sets of stairs, 12-9-6 of cleans and pushups. Soccer Balls.

Avery (5) building upper body strenght with Pull-up Progressions. They are never to young to start.
