Elements: Four sets of: 400 meter run, 21 kettlebell swings, 21 pushups. Men 30lbs, women 20lbs.

Fundamentals: Four sets of: 1 stair climb, 15 kettlebell swings, 15 pushups or pushup progressions.

CrossFit Kids:

Super Frogs and Leap Frogs four sets of: 400 meter run, 21 Kettlebell swings, 21 pushups. Men 20 lbs, women 15 lbs.

Tree Frogs and Tadpoles four sets of 200 meter run, 15 kettlebell swings, 15 pushups. Men 10lbs, women 5lbs.
