1) 50 Pull-ups and 50 Ring Dips, 2) 40 Pull-ups and 40 Ring Dips, 3) 30 Pull-ups and 30 Ring Dips, 4) 20 Pull-ups and 20 Ring Dips, 5) 10 Pull-ups and 10 Ring Dips.

CrossFit Kids:"Connor"

As many in 20 minutes of: 5 Deadlifts, 5 Hang Power Cleans, 5 Front Squats, 5 Push Presses and 5 Back Squats = 1 set.

Super Frogs: Use 35-45#

Leap Frogs: Use 25-35#

Tree Frogs: Use 15# for fifteen minutes

Tadpoles:
Use 10#  or PVC for ten minutes
