Warm-up: JA's, 2-high knee hill runs, 20-hollow rocks, 20-squats, 10-rope pull-ups.

WOD: "El Diablo"

  • 400M run then 25 Pull-ups, 50 sit-ups, 100 lunges (50 ea side),
  • 800M run then 20 Pull-ups, 40 sit-ups, 80 lunges,
  • 1 mile run, then 15 Pull-ups, 30 x sit-ups, 60 lunges
  • Level-2 & 3 continue
  • 800M run, then 20 Pull-ups, 40 sit-ups, 80 lunges
  • 400M run, then 25 Pull-ups, 50 sit-ups, 100 lunges
  • Strength: Shoulder Press 1) 3 x 70%, 2) 3 x 80%, 3) 3+ x 90%.

    Endurance: 1-mile swim.
