CrossFit:  Ring dips, 400 run, push-ups, 400 run, Hand Stand push-ups, 400 run.

        Level – 1: 50 of each.

        Elements:  25 of each, progressions for rings dips and HS push-ups.

CrossFit Kids:  Ring Dips, run, push-ups, run, HS push-ups, run. 

        Super Frogs:30 rings dips, 400 run, 50 push-ups, 400 run, 30 HS progressions, 400 run.

        Leap Frogs: 25 ring dips, 400 run, 50 push-ups, 400 run, 25 HS progressions, 400 un.

        Tree Frogs: 15 ring dips, 200 run, 25 push-ups, 400 run, 15 HS Holds, 400 run.

        Tadpoles:10 L-sits, 100 run, 15 push-ups, 100 run, 10 HS Holds, 100 run.
