CrossFit Kids: "Fran" wmvmov, I had the pleasure of seeing Conner Martin and his dad Jeff workout and coach this summer. The big boys should be scared this summer, at 17 Conner is a force to be reckoned with.

  • Super Frogs:  21-15-9, 35lbs.
  • Leap Frogs:21-15-9, 15lbs.
  • Tree Frogs:21-15-9, 5lb dumbells.
  • Tadpoles:  21-15-9, broomsticks.

If I can pull 230 over the bar anyone can.
