  • Level – 1: 333 Double Unders or 1000 single running jump ropes.
  • Elements:  1000 running jump ropes.

CrossFit Kids:  Jump, Jump, Jump.

  • Super Frogs:  300 Double Unders or 900 running jump ropes.
  • Leap Frogs: 500 jump ropes.
  • Tree Frogs: 300 jump ropes.
  • Tadpoles: 100 jump ropes.
