CrossFit Kids: Cleans and Box Jumps

  • Tree Frogs:Five Rounds of 10 med ball cleans (6-10lbs) and  20 - 24" box jumps.  
  • Leap Frogs:Three Rounds of 10 med ball cleans (4lbs) and 20 – 18" box jumps.
  • Tadpoles:Three Rounds of pvc cleans and 15 – 12" box jumps.

Our first ever Level -2 workout, "The Fallen Frogman" 800 meter run 50 pull-ups, 800 meter run 50 GHD sit-ups, 800 meter run 50 – 30" box jumps. All while wearing 30lbs of body armor.
