CrossFit: "Pushing Nancy in the water"

Five rounds of 500 meter row, 15 Overhead Squats, and 5 Handstand Push-ups.

  • Level -1: 95lbs Men, 65lbs Women.
  • Elements: 65lbs Men, 45lbs Women. HS progressions on wall or bands.

CrossFit Kids:

  • Super Frogs: 65lbs Boys, 45lbs Girls.
  • Leap Frogs: 15lbs, HS progressions on wall or straps.
  • Tree Frogs: Thee stair climbs, 5lbs, HS progressions or stinkbugs.
  • Tadpoles: One stair climb, 3lb dumb-bells and stinkbugs.
