21-15-9 for time of the following: Deadlifts and Handstand Push-ups. Men 225lbs, Ladies 185lbs.

Elements: Multiply your bodywieght by 1.125 for deadlifts, 3 sets of 10, Handstand progressions pushups.

CrossFit Kids: "Lil Diane" wmvmov  

Super Frogs: Same as level – 1 no more than 75% of bodyweight.

Leap Frogs: No more than 50% of bodywieght.

Tree Frogs: 15lb kettlebells and Stinkbugs.

Tadpoles: Broomsticks and Stinkbugs
