CrossFit Kids: Today play on the bars. Monkey Hang, Monkey swings, Traverses, Skin the Cats, Muscle ups everything is fair game. Have fun!

Thank you guys for giving me such a special birthday. Today was a great day, I was given the gift of another year of life, the gift of sharing it with freinds and the gift of having it in the gym that we built. Be safe brothers I love you all.
