Skills: Mature Ring work, Holds, Tuck sits, L-Sits, Handstand Progressions.

Warm-up: JA's, Hip mobility drill, 50-Hollow Rocks, 20-gymnast push-ups (laces down).

Strength: Bench Press 1) 3 x 70%, 2) 3 x 80%, 3) 3+ 90%

Endurance: 15K Ruck March to the top of Gallagher Hill.

Recovery: With Lacrosse Ball, roll out the area between shoulder blades.
