This week we are going to record just your heaviest lift! Remember this is not a max, we are just working up to a heavy single for the day!!
Perform 100 Pull Ups
*Every minute on the minute perform 3 Power Snatches then return to the Pull Ups*
Rx: Pull Ups, 115/75
*Start with Pull Ups*
*This should be about a 10 minute workout. If you think that you will go over that time then please scale down to ring rows or banded pull ups!*
