  • Level – 1:  Weight is same for men and women.
  • Elements:  Men 45lbs, Women 25lbs.

CrossFit Kids: "Baby Jackie" – 500 meter row, 15 thrusters 10 pull-ups.

  • Super Frogs:Three rounds, 35lbs.
  • Leap Frogs:Three rounds, 15lbs.
  • Tree Frogs:Two rounds, 5lb dumbbells.
  • Tadpoles: One round, stair climb, Broomsticks.
