CrossFit Kids: Thrusters and stair climbs.

  • Super Frogs:  5 rounds of 10 reps, Boys 75, Girls 45.
  • Leap Frogs: 4 rounds of 10 reps, 25lbs.
  • Tree Frogs: 4 rounds of 10 reps, 5lb dumb-bells.
  • Tadpoles: 3 rounds of 10 reps, broomsticks.
