- Level -1: 1) 24 inches, 3) 1 pood, 6) 45lbs 8) 20lbs. No subs for the ladies.
- Elements: 1) 18 inches, 3) 25lbs, 6) 35lbs, 8) 12lbs.
- Super Frogs: Same as level -1 No subs for the ladies.
- Leap Frogs: 1) 18 inches, 3) 25lbs, 6) 25lbs, 8) 10lbs.
- Tree Frogs: 25 of everything, 1) 18 inches, 3) 10lbs, 6) 1lb dumbbell's, 8) 4lb wall-balls.
- Tadpoles: 15 of everything, 1) 12 inches, 3) 1 lb, 6) broomstick, 8) soccer-ball. 10) push-ups.
