Warm-Up: Ja’s, high knee, walk butt kick run, 2-shuffles, 2-karaoke’s, 4-50% sprints. Part #2: 10-front squats, 10-OHS, 10-Back Squats.

Strength: Find new 1Rm bench press.

WOD: Five rounds of 10-hang clean, 20-push-ups, 30-double unders.

RX: 135 / 95, L-3: 95 / 65, L-2: 55 / 35.

Games Prep: AMRAP in 10:00 of 250 row, 10-burpees, 15-70/55 KB swings.

Endurance: 5k row.

Recovery: Lacrosse ball and foam roller MFR.
