Warm-Up: Ja’s, high knee, walk butt kick run, 2-shuffles, 2-karaoke’s, 4-50% sprints. Part #2: 20-snatch grip dead-lifts, 15-hang power snatch, 10-hang snatch, 5-snatch.

Strength:  Snatch 1) 5 x 40%, 2) 5 x 50%, 3) 5 x 60%

WOD: “Cindy” AMRAP in 20:00 of 5-pull-ups, 10-push-ups, 15-squats.

Games Prep: Parrallete – L-sit to handstands. 

Recovery: Foam roller MFR.
