WOD: 10 rounds of 5-handstand push-ups, 10-burpees, hill run.

Congratulations Jason on completing Kokoro Camp 18. Jason began his journey last year 100lbs heavier and set a goal of completing the hardest fitness camp outside the military. Jason trained for 52-hours, received 30 minutes of sleep, ran over 100 miles, did over 1000 push-ups and pull-ups, climbed a Mt. Palomar a 22-mile round trip hike. As well as several other grueling evolutions involving a 300lb log. I am very proud of you Jason keep up the good work.
