Super Frogs: 5 rounds of 10 Becks Burpees and 10 Pull ups.

Leap Frogs:  4 rounds of 10 Becks Burpees and 10 Pull ups (Kipping, Assisted, Beginner, or combination are okay)

Tree Frogs and Tadpoles: 3 rounds of 10 Becks Burpees and 10 Pull ups (Kipping, Assisted, Beginner, or combination are okay)

Cash out: Super Frogs and Leap Frogs do 35 sit ups
