CrossFit and Super Frogs:

Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps, Warmups don’t count as part of workout. Build up slowly and start workout with at least 50% of your max. Add or decrease weight as neccessary. Go deep, lower the weight if you begin to cheat.

CrossFit Kids: Tadpoles – Leap Frogs

Air squats and box jumps, 10-10-10-10-10.
