Pull Ups:

With a continuosly runnning clock do one pullup the first minute, two pullups the second, three pullups third and so on. Do this until you can’t continue and then repeat the process in reverse.

If it takes you multiple sets to complete each minute its ok. Dont wear gloves it is important to build up the texture on our hands. We are going to be doing a large amount of pullups and ring work.
