Rest Day
As a professor at Temple University used to say "Fit? Fit to be what? Fit to be tied?" He was a bit of a hippy but his point was that fitness means a lot of different things to different people. Some people are all about being able to lift as much weight as possible but wouldn't be able to run 1/2 mile. Others train for marathons and can't bench press there own body weight. Others need both endurance and strength which is the point of Crossfit and to a greater extent SEALFIT. I've seen better results with these programs then traditional lifting. which for me is the point. The whole idea is to TRAIN elite not ACT elite. Thats my two cents. Have a great weekend all.
