Dynamic effort day:

Cleans (FULL Clean), 2 x 2@70% (of Clean max), 3 x 2@75%, 1 x 2@80%

Hang Power Snatch (HPS), 2-HPS @75% (Power Snatch Max), Every minute on the minute for 10 MINUTES

Ring Row, 5  x 10-15reps, Put your feet on a box so you’re parallel to the floor (or scale if necessary).

Resistance Running, 6 x Gym Length, Rest as needed,  Grab a buddy and a band! Hold each other back—make it tough! If you can’t find a buddy, sub body weight sled pull.
