CFBV’s "Monster Mash" in the park.

A variation of "Fight Gone Bad" Three rounds for points: Five excersises, one minute each, one minute rest after each round. Each rep and each sprint are one point.

Box Jumps: Men 24", Women 18"

Push Press: Men 70lbs, Women 50lbs

Wall Ball: Men 20lbs medicine ball, Women 15lb Medicine ball.

Sumo High Pull Deadlift: Men 70lbs or 2 pood kettlebell,  Women 50lbs or 1 pood Kettlebell.

20 meter sprints with you medicine ball.
