400m Waiter carry (both will run/walk only 1 will carry the KB overhead switching out as needed)
Partner A / Partner B
100 Double Unders (200 singles) / plank hold
100 sit-ups / barbell held overhead (135 / 95)
100 KBS (53 / 35) / plank hold
100 S2OH (135 / 95) / hang from the pull-up bar
Partition in any way. One partner must complete major movement while other partner holds plank/bar over head/hang from pull up bar.
100 cal row (break it up any way you want)
