Monster Mash: Team Murph, Teams of four, 1-mile three person wounded man carry, 100 pull-ups each, 200 push-ups each, 300 squats each, 1-mile three person wounded man carry.

CrossFit: "Murph", In honor of Medal of Honor Awardee and fellow Toad-man, Lt. Michael Murphy. 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 squats, 300 squats, 1 mile run. You can partition the numbers into sets. 

    Level – 2: With Body Armor

    Level -1: Without Body Armor

    Elements: .75 mile run, 50 pull-ups, 75 push-ups, 100 squats, .75 mile run.

CrossFit Kids: Young Murph.

    Super Frogs: 800 meter run, 75 pull-ups, 125 push-ups, 150 squats, 800 meter run.

    Leap Frogs: 400 run, 75 pull-ups, 150 push-ups, 200 squats, 400 meter run.

    Tree Frogs: 200 meter run, 50 pull-ups, 50 push-ups, 150 squats, 200 meter run.

    Tadpoles: 100 meter run, 25 pull-ups, 25 push-ups, 25 squats, 100 meter run.
