CrossFit: Heavy Baseball – 50 deadlifts, 50 wallballs, 50 Sumo High Pull Deadlifts, 50 Pushpress. One round, 400 meter run between rounds.
- Level – 1: Men 75 and 20lbs, Women 55 and 16lbs.
- Elements: Men 55 and 16lbs, Women 45 and 12lbs.
CrossFit Kids: CrossFit Baseball
AMRAP in 20:00 minutes of 10 -pullups, Box Jumps, Squats, Burpees. Conduct a stair climb between excersises.
