Monster Mash in the Gym

Team Angie, teams of four will compete to finish Angie as fast as possible. Only one team member can exercises at a time and can do no more than 10 reps. Each excerssise must be completed before moving on to the next.

100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats.
