"Monster Mash in the Gym". 

CrossFit Cards – Two teams will compete against each other until one team finishes its deck of cards. Loser's will owe one "Big Daddy".

  • Hearts = Push-ups
  • Diamonds = Box Jumps
  • Clubs = Sit-ups
  • Spades = Burpees
  • Jokers the whole teams stops progress and does 400 meter run. Start as a team finish as a team.
