Saturday 107 “Monster Mash”

"Monster Mash" – CrossFit Baseball

Two teams will compete and try to score as many runs as possible. Runs will be scored as base runner re-enters gym. Teams can compete individually or as relays. Game will last for 20-minutes. Losers owe one "Big Daddy" each.

Home Plate – 10 pull-ups or pull-up progressions, First Base – 10 squats, Second Base -  10 burpees, Third Base – 10 box jumps. Bases are 50 meters apart.

And the winner is Blue Team. Who's your Big Daddy? Great Job Kimo!!!
