I want to extend a warm welcome to Ricky Seaton. Ricky had his initiation to the madness last night. Ricky was only the third male ever to complete a CrossFit Bellevue initial workout. Great Job Ricky you did awesome and you kept dinner down. I am very impressed and proud of you!
