CFBV’s "Monster Mash" in the park.

1) Level 1: 3 sets for time of 800 meter run, 50 sit-ups, 50 back extension’s.

Beginers: 4 sets of 200 meter run, 15 sit-ups 15 pushups.

2) Team medicine ball relays Level 1 and beginer’s will form combined teams.
