-Rookie / Cub / Sophomore athlete training 10:00-11:30am
-JV / Varsity and High School athlete training 11:00-12:30pm
-Monday and Wednesday- strength and conditioning.
-Tuesday and Thursday- strength, speed, agilities and skill work.
-Friday- strength, conditioning and speed.
At CrossFit Bellevue we pride ourselves on building a highly effective, conditioned and educated athlete. We show athletes how to properly warm-up, correctly lift weights, conduct diverse workout’s, and recover from high intensity regimens. Our program is safe, broad and inclusive.
In 2011 Bellevue Rookie White conducted the pre-season training program here at CrossFit Bellevue. They finished with a perfect 11-0 season and the GEJFA Championship.
CrossFit Bellevue has trained and is endorsed by NFL athletes, such as Matt Hasselback (Tennessee Titans), Eddie Williams (Cleveland Browns), Nate Enderlay (Chicago Bears), Max Komar (Chicago Bears) and Justin Forsett (Houston Texans), Kendrick Van Akron (University of Hawaii), Brayden Van Akron (University of Hawaii), Kevin Martin (Redlands University), Chevelle Walker (Portland State University).
