CrossFit Kids: Double unders, squat cleans, ring dips, double unders. Subs triple ropes.
Super Frogs: 45 reps,Boys 65lbs, Girls 55lbs.
Leap Frogs:30 reps, 35lbs.
Tree Frogs: 20 reps, metal poles.
Tadpoles: 15 reps, broom sticks.
