CrossFit: 45 – Double Unders, Squat Cleans, Ring Dips, Double Unders. Subs (triple single jumps, or knee to chest jumps).

    Level – 1:  Men 135lbs, Women 95lbs.

    Elements: Men 95lbs, Women 65lbs.

CrossFit Kids:  Double unders, squat cleans, ring dips, double unders. Subs triple ropes. 

    Super Frogs: 45 reps,Boys 65lbs, Girls 55lbs.

    Leap Frogs:30 reps, 35lbs.

    Tree Frogs: 20 reps, metal poles.

    Tadpoles: 15 reps, broom sticks.
