WOD: Amrap in 20:00 minutes of 5 power snatches, 5 OHS, and a hill run.
Level-3: M-95 W- 65
Level-2: M-65 W- 45
Level-1: 35

Stamina: 10 rds of 10 jumping squats, and 20 lunges.
Endurance: 10 x 50 meter freestyle sprints.
