SealFit: AM – Endurance, PM – Strength, WOD, Stamina.

CrossFit: WOD and Strength, Stamina recommended.

Warm-up: JA's, 2 hill sprints and 20 reps at 50% ww. 

WOD: Amrap in 20:00 minutes of 5 power snatches, 5 OHS, and a hill run.

Level-3:  M-95  W- 65 

Level-2:  M-65  W- 45

Level-1:  35

Strength: Deadlifts -1) 5 x 65%, 2) 5 x 75%, 3) 5+ x 85% Download 5-3-1 Wendler spreadsheet.

Stamina:   10 rds of 10 jumping squats, and 20 lunges.

Endurance:  10 x 50 meter freestyle sprints.
