CrossFit Kids: AMRAP of 5 – Pull-ups, 5 – dips, 15 – sit-ups.

        Super Frogs:  AMRAP in 20:00, ring dips.

        Leap Frogs: AMRAP in 15:00, ring dips progressions.

        Tree Frogs:  AMRAP in 10:00, Ring holds.
