CrossFit Kids: "Kellans Little Monster" - Jump ropes, box jumps, runs, pull-ups.  

        Super Frogs: Five rounds, 100 jumps ropes, 16 – 24" box jumps, 400-run, 20 pull-ups.

        Leap Frogs:  Four rounds, 100 jump ropes, 16-20" box jumps, 400 run, 20 pull-ups.

        Tree Frogs: Four rounds, 100 jump ropes, 16-18" box jumps, 200 run, 20 pull-ups.

        Tadpoles: Three rounds, 25 jump ropes, 10-12"box jumps, 100 run, 10 pull-ups.
