  • Level – 1: Four rounds for time.
  • Elements: Three rounds.

CrossFit Kids: "Maggie", 200 meter runs and 10-thruster's.

  • Super Frogs: Seven rounds, 35-45lbs.
  • Leap Frogs: Seven rounds, 25-30lb dumbells.
  • Tree Frogs: Seven rounds, 15lb dumbells and stairs.
  • Tadpoles: Five rounds, broomsticks and stairs.
