CrossFit Kids: "Karen" and "Baby Karen" - 75 Wall-ball shots for time".

  • Super Frogs: "Karen", Boys 16lbs, Girls 12lbs. OH Squats 5 x 5. 
  • Leap Frogs: "Baby Karen" 10lbs. OH Squats 5 x 5, 15lb dumbbells.
  • Tree Frogs: "Baby Karen" 4-6lbs. OH Squats 5 x 5, 5lb dumbbells.
  • Tadpoles: 3 sets of 20 soccer balls shots.
