  • Level -2: Complete the workout with Body Armor. 800 meters / 50 reps / 30 inch box jumps.
  • Level – 1: 800 meters / 50 reps / 24-inch box jumps.
  • Elements: 400 meters / 50 reps / 18-inch box jumps.

CrossFit Kids:

  • Super Frogs: 800 meters / 50 reps / 24-inch box jumps.
  • Leap Frogs: 400 meters / 50 reps / 18-inch box jumps. 25 reps (Taylor C.)
  • Tree Frogs: Three stairs climbs / 15 reps / 18-inch box jumps.
  • Tadpoles: One stair climb / 15 reps / 12-inch box jumps.
