Individual Warm-up: 25-ring dips.
Warm-Up: Joint Articulations, high knee walk, butt kick run, 2-shuffles, 2-karaoke runs, 4-50% sprints. Part #2: 20-snatch grip dead-lifts, 15-hang power snatch, 10-hang snatch.
Strength: Dead-lifts, 1) 5 x 65%, 2) 5 x 75%, 3) 5+ x 85%.
WOD: 10-rounds of 7-hang snatches (squat), 7-kb swings.
RX: 75, 55 / 55, 35. L-2: 65, 50 / 45, 30. L-1: 35/25
Stamina: 10-1 of 95lb power cleans, 400 m walk with your bar start and finish.
Endurance: 400, 800, 1-mile, 1-mile, 800, 400 run. no rest.
Recovery: hip and back stretches.
