Three rounds of the following: 400 meter run, 21-Kettlebell Swings, 12-pullups. Pull-up progressions – No jumping pullups.

Level -1: Men 55lbs, women 30lbs,

Elements and Super Frogs: Men 30lbs, women 25lbs.

Leap Frogs: Boys 15lbs, girls 10lbs.

Tree Frogs and Tadpoles: 5lbs and 6 pull-ups or pull-up progressions.
